My favorite  Items During Quarantine

It has been a long time since I have written a blog post to be very honest, the last months had gone through like a blur personally. Since COVID hit Panama, We have been in strict quaratine by the Government since day 1 (around mid-March).  For me being home has allowed me to rethink my style, my priorities, and to be more present. I have learned that friendships had evolved and that at the end of the day only a few persons know who I really am.

I have always been an online shopper, but now my search for things for my family, and myself have taken a different approach.  I made a conscious effort to buy items that serve the purpose, the quality, and that comes from producers, factories, and sources that are reliable and conscious of their practices.

As We are moving houses for the fourth time since moving to Panama 6 years ago ( Yes We still are in search of our dream house and We also like change) I decided to share the items I been buying for our new home renovation and also for my family and myself during the last months.

Little hippo baskets had helped me organize the house and keep it clean and organize especially with 3 kids that leave items everywhere. They are 100% cotton and look amazing around the house and rooms .

Zip top reusable container bags,  they are made of silicone and can be used on the fridge and microwave. This has been a game-changer for my fridge organization and to keep food fresher for my family.

California white sage and Palo Santo for home cleansing especially when moving to a new place I light it around the house for good energy.

Bala ankle and wrist weights are so manageable and stylish that had added a plus factor to my home workouts.

De Mocca quiet book Montessori toys, this for my little two-year-old Max has been great.  He loves it and keeps him entertained for a little while.

Oribe Shampoo and conditioner the green line is sulfate-free and has given my hair a lot of moisture and shine.

Doterra OnGuard has been constant in mine diffuser during the quarantine to help boost our immune system, we also use the touch version on the back of the neck.

Nevertheless,  to keep my mind clear I have been doing my pilates classes online with Nancy Castiglioni her site has lots of traditional Mat and HIIT workouts.  Also,  for my cardio and tone classes  TSS with Megan Roup.

I hope you enjoy a few of my favorite must during the last Months here to edit.
